CONDITIONS OF GOODS REQUIRING REQUEST FOR CHANGE

1.1. About the product

– The product is delivered in wrong quantities, information and models compared to the order or damaged during shipping: Please check the product before payment and refuse to receive, send back products, orders in case the product is wrong, broken … for delivery staff. We will immediately replace the item as prescribed by the customer, in which case the customer does not incur any costs incurred.

– The product is damaged due to manufacturer errors (packaging, content, product deformation errors, differences from the manufacturer’s published quality standards).

– Product expires before or on the day the product is delivered to the customer.

1.2. Customers need to use:

– The company accepts to return or exchange for the reason that customers change the demand for use, but products accepted for exchange will be based on business policies at the time of customer request.

– Not applicable to products on the list of promotional products.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE RETURN:

– The product is intact, fully labeled, intact, sealed with the original specifications (unless the product is defective or damaged during transportation).

– The product is not dirty, intact labels (except in case of fault or damage during transportation) have no signs of use.

– Customers still keep confirmation of the purchase made at the Company (delivery notes, purchase invoices, bank statements …) and provide us with enough information to confirm orders.

– In case of not meeting the above conditions, the right to decide to change or return goods belongs to the Company.
